From June 25 to 27, 2025, the long-awaited meeting of sugaring masters and teachers took place in the Carpathians, which we have traditionally held for several years in a row.
This event is a unique opportunity to gather professionals from all over Ukraine in one of the most beautiful corners of the country in order to relax, gain strength, get a dose of inspiration and new experience.
Why the Carpathians?
The Carpathians are not just a picturesque background, but an atmosphere that helps you relax, see the world from a different perspective and recharge with the energy of nature. After two years of disparate formats, mentors and depilation masters received a long-awaited opportunity to meet in person to exchange knowledge and experience, get fresh ideas and motivation.
Program and format of meetings of sugaring masters
Teachers and sugaring masters – members of a long-established professional community united by love for the business and the desire to grow – were looking forward to the meeting organized by Yana Osadchaya, founder of the Terra, Enova and BioLife brands, IPS trainer and judge of the Ukrainian Championships
The event lasted three busy days, during which the following was planned:
- Exchange of experience and ideas – informal conversations, discussions of complex cases from practice, motivational communication.
- Master classes from Yana Osadchaya and Nadezhda Dubova – live sessions on trends in depilation, development of skills and career. In addition, there were master classes from a cosmetologist, a massage therapist, where you could get valuable information.
- Therapeutic yoga and standing on nails – exercises for body relaxation, relaxation and correction of psychological state.
- Networking – new acquaintances, unification of sugaring masters.
As a result, the participants not only received new knowledge, but also felt powerful support from each other, it was interesting, lively, energetic and felt like a real energetic connection of people with common life values, a desire to grow and become better.
Morning yoga sessions in the open air, among the Carpathian slopes, helped the participants tune in to the day and recharge with positive energy.
Evening get-togethers with warm conversations turned into night discussions of trends, pastes, techniques… without haste and obligations.
The importance of such live meetings is clear, because over the years of work we know very well how effective and inspiring such expert retreats are and what benefits they bring to sugaring masters:
- Live communication ➜ real insights. The online format cannot replace the atmosphere when masters discuss problems together, look each other in the eye, share life hacks.

The meeting became not just an educational event, but a starting point for a new stage in the development of the sugaring community in Ukraine. Three days in the Carpathians brought together people passionate about one idea – to improve, share and support each other.
