This year, the Ukrainian Depilation Championship 2025 was held on September 19 during the large-scale InterCharm beauty industry exhibition in Kyiv. We, as the organizers of the competition, and participants from different parts of Ukraine, were waiting for this event to demonstrate their skills, gain new knowledge and win the desired victory.
A few months before the event, a set of participants was announced – any depilation masters, regardless of level and experience, could apply for participation. The organizers – a company producing sugar pastes for shugaring and professional cosmetics for depilation of the Terra, Enova and BioLife brands – provided interesting activities, gifts, exhibition stands of the Terra, Enova, BioLife brands and other opportunities to get acquainted with new products for shugaring and depilation at attractive prices from manufacturers.

On the day of the competition, participants from different parts of Ukraine came to Kyiv to show their skills to the expert jury and the exhibition audience.
Competition format and atmosphere of the Ukrainian Depilation Championship
The Championship was held directly within the framework of the InterCharm beauty industry exhibition, which allowed combining professional competition with the exhibition environment: spectators not only witnessed the fight for the title of champion, but also could communicate with participants, ask questions, participate in master classes, etc.
At the stands of partners and brands within the exhibition, guests had the opportunity to purchase depilation materials, Terra, Enova, BioLife products on special terms.
The permanent sponsors of the Championship remain the brands of cosmetics for sugaring Terra, Enova, BioLife, the cosmetic brand YoMask, the brand of bamboo gloves for beauty masters Panboo.

The participants’ works were evaluated by a team of depilation experts led by the founder of YoConcept, TOP depilation master Yana Osadchaya, so the evaluation was objective and transparent in relation to all participants of the competition.

Masters exchanged experiences, observers were inspired by techniques, and the organizers drew the attention of the wider beauty industry community to the topic of professional depilation.
An important achievement of this event is that the competition was held in the open space of the exhibition – which contributed to attracting a larger number of spectators, professionals and potential customers. In addition, many interested people were able to test cosmetics from the Ukrainian manufacturer YoConcept – brands Enova, BioLife and Terra: sugar pastes for shugaring, lotions Before and After hair removal procedures, SOS mask, enzyme powder, bikini mask, cosmetic water, etc.
The organizers of the Depilation Championship in Ukraine – the YoConcept company and Yana Osadcha – remain open to new partnerships and sponsors in order to develop the culture of depilation in the country, popularize it and draw attention to the current problems of the industry.
So, one event is over and we are looking forward to next year to start preparing again for another Championship, which will take place on September 18, 2026.
